The word terminal has remained the same as well! Meanwhile, "Ken's Hof" sounds like a possession and "Elefant & Burg" sounds a bit like a corner shop IMO. It's also nice to see the ELL - no, OLL - translated too.

Personally, I would understand why T/Ops not part of the trial wouldn't be happy. However I feel that the next step should be doing this to all T/Ops on the Jubilee so that there is a wider picture. Maybe they could record driver satisfaction / punctualities etc.
But then I feel that LUL might have to employ more T/Ops, an issue which I'm not too familiar with.
I think that the small leaflet holders at DLR stations should be used more often. It will make it easier for different people (who actually use the network) to find this information. At Lewisham, there are one of those 'Customer Service Information' boards with the little (what I call) "tube map racks". I have been to this station many times over the past decade and never have I seen anything in those racks.
