Hey guys, The Central Line was suspended today between Liverpool Street and Bethnal Green due to engineering work taking place. But what I do not understand is why almost all of the trains that terminated at Liverpool Street were continuinng to Bethnal Green. Why is this? Liverpool Street has two sidings and a crossover. So why do the trains continue to Bethnal Green? Also, how come they cant take passeners to Bethanal Green? Is this similar to why train would rather terminate at Willesden Junction than Stonebridge Park on the Bakerloo? Because there are more connections and staff at Willesden, which is the same thing at Liverpool Thanks Uzair

Hey guys. Today I was out in London and I was on a C stock District. After I got orff at Notting Hill Gate, I saw that the rear blind of the train said 'Edgeware Road' instead of Edgware Road. Why is there is extra 'e' after the g? Thanks, Uzair

Was there or is there currently a bay road at Liverpool Street. I am 90& sure there is not. I believe there is just a crossover to the west of the station which allows trains from the Aldgate area to terminate there. Is this true? If not then can someone tell me the details of how a train would terminate at Liverpool St. Thanks Uzair PS. I would love to see a Met reverse at Moorgate

Hey guys My wish has come true. I have wanted to see a Jubilee Line train terminate at Canary Wharf coming from Stratford and the terminating, then heading back to Stratford. It has finally come true. On Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 of August (lol yeah, I know it's along way away) the Jubilee Line is suspended between Green Park and Canary Wharf!! I know it's not great for other people, but for me it is fab. Does anyone think that most trains coming from Stratford will terminate at North Greenwich? Because altough I am not completely sure on how the trains will reverse at Canary Wharf, won't the process be quite long and slow? Also, how will the trains actually reverse there? Will they go towards Canada Water and stop the rear part of the train just after the crossover that will take it back to the track towards Stratford? Uzair, 12

Sorrry everyone for getting the info wrong. I'm only 12 after all. At around 7:35 every weekday morning, there is a train which leaves Wimbledon for Dagenham Heathway, so it must get detrained and continue to Dghm East.

Thank you for you replies. I dont know why I keep putting extremely rare for everything. So if a train was to terminate at Finchley Road, does that mean it can only go from Stanmore into the SB platform and head back to Stanmore using the SB-NB crossover? Thanks Uzair

Hey all, I was just reading the New Stock section and there are mentions of the Triangle Sidings closing down when the S Stock is delivered. Is this true? If so, is it due to the length of the sidings compared to the length of the S Stock coming in? Also, if they are due to close, what will be done with all the space between High Street Kensington and Earl's Court? Thanks Uzair

Hey everyone, this is my first post ;D The Jubilee Line has to be my favourite line out of all the LU, and so because of this, I research into the Jubilee Line quite a lot. I have found out that although there is a scissor crossover (lXl) to the west of the station, why do Jubilee Line trains HARDLY terminate short at Canary Wharf and if there are any trains terminating short of Stratford, it would be at North Greenwich. Is this because of the O2? OK so maybe trains do sometimes terminate there, but that is only once or twice a year and that is during engineering works between Stratford and Canary Wharf, which is only like once or twice a year. I feel that CW is a slightly better place to terminate, because of the DLR connection at Heron Quays and Canary Wharf DLR and also because of all the commercial business kind of stuff. It might not make sense, but I'm just keen to find out why they terminate at NG instead of CW Thanks, Uzair
