Earlier this evening: T55=7034+7115, T67=7040+7107, T62=7030+7538, T1=7037+7518, T101=7079+7504, T63=7075+7530, T2=7024+7097, T105=7070+7101, T4=7032+7057, T31=7016+7526, T107=7006+7524, T102=7048+7536, T32=7007+7508, T7=7105+7512, T12=7018+7532, T10=7012+7095. T14 and T125 also 'D' Stock. Intended to check a few more trains but by 1845, WB trains were blocking back from Westminster back to at least east of Whitechapel due to signal problem on WB between Embankment and Westminster so called it a day. For completeness: T14 was 7046+7503 T125 was 7108+7033 also T15 was 7534+7031. So 19 trains running out of 20 still available. On several recent occasions T125 AM has been formed of S Stock, an extension to Tower Hill is required and enough time to have the required minimum 4mins turn-around. I was surprised that T125 wasn't permanently extended to Tower Hill in the latest timetable, bearing in mind the D stock will likely be gone before the next timetable comes out.

Change of formation; 7538 now west facing as 7538+7031 (was 7030+7539) 7535 now facing east as 7030+7535 (was 7534+7031)

Not quite a formation report, saw 7516 heading north on the M40 at around 17:30 this evening on the back of a low-loader.

As far as I know the list I posted on 18th May is still valid as I've not seen any updates issued:
Monday to Friday
4, 10, 12, 15, 32, 54, 55, 60, 61, 62, 63, 67, 101, 102, 105, 106, 107 & 125
Saturdays
6, 7, 12, 32, 33, 36, 51 & 63
Sundays
2, 7, 21, 22, 24, 26 & 34
However, somebody posted on Facebook yesterday that there's only 17 D stocks left on LU metals - if that's true the list above must be out of date as it shows 18 nominated workings on weekdays. 105 was an S stock yesterday morning anyway......

Is training for both stocks still taking place?

Is training for both stocks still taking place? I was thinking that too. At the moment, with D stock still turning up on seemingly random workings, I don't see how a newly trained T/Op could be allocated a duty where D stock is guaranteed not to be!

CDP - Continuous Development Plan annual refresher training still contains an element of D Stock training.

Is training for both stocks still taking place? I have a trainee at the moment that is being trained on both stocks - his road test is due in two weeks time. Given that it takes just shy of 4 months to train a driver from scratch and that D stock are expected to be finished on the District by October, it would certainly make sense that any trainee starting now would only be trained on S stock as by the time they complete their road test the railway will be 100% S stock.

Not quite a formation change, more unusual change of direction - because of yesterday's delays and signal failure at 18.30 South Kensington, T11 7034+7115 was sent directly to High Street Kensington, so is now facing the wrong way today on T24 7115+7034.
today Fri 24/6 T4 7518+7037, T7 7108+7033, T12 7512+7105, T15 7018+7533, T16 7538+7031, T24 7115+7034, T26 7006+7525, T33 7032+7057, T41 7504+7079, T45 7508+7007, T61 7070+7101, T62 7030+7535, T67 7024+7097, T102 7046+7503, T105 7530+7075, T125 7012+7095.
16 trains, 13 out in off-peak 7004+7005, 7016+7527 remained out of service at Upminster.

Sorry if I have asked before, but has car 7123 ever been involved in a collision, derailment or anything of that sort?

Sorry if I have asked before, but has car 7123 ever been involved in a collision, derailment or anything of that sort? Yes it received a dent on its front end a couple of years ago after hitting a fallen tree I think I may have a picture of it somewhere

As promised pictures 0f 7123 with it's "dent" That's cool, but it does not show the damage I am thinking of. 7123 is one of the cars of the new RAT train which has/had a damaged footstep on one side (opposite side to that pictured). Think this could have been the same incident?

7115+7034 successfully turned last night, so back round the correct way as 7034+7115 today They were the correct way round before 5 pm Indeed T24 14.14 Richmond-Upminster diverted to High Street Kensington platform 2, then operated empty to Gloucester Road. (14.40 at HSt).
