Just something i wanted to know, not sure if its been covered before, but during the refurbs off all stock before the 92ts, why was the A stock the only one not given a DVA? i notice that even the 67ts were given one despite being built around the same era!

thats rubbish i wudve thought a minimal upgrade at least! are u sure all of it will be gone by this year? ive heard some will remain into 2012 in order to allow s7s to be be focused on.
and for a fact that the phase in is happening so slowly i cant see them all being in service so soon!

would anyone have any footage or pictures of the jubilee line when both 1996 and 1983 stocks were both running (when the 1983 stock was being phased out)?

when will all the a stock go? and how much difference will we see in the s8 stock once the a stock is all gone in terms of acceleration and braking?

true why didnt they have windows installed either! even the doors on the 72s seem alot more "slammy" then the 73s, were the 73 doors smooth before refurb?

regarding the refurbs why did the 73s lose the traverse seating but 72s did not?

weird isnt it that out of all stock possible for the east london line they chose the a stock, with such nice seating for such a short line!

my the A stock can really accelerate in the city sections! makes you wish they did the same through the entire line!

Something that really springs to mind between the two stocks here is that, despite the 72's only being one year older, they seem to feel as if they are ALOT older than the 73's, which are definitely in much better condition and smoother. Why is this?
I wouldve thought that the 73's are more intensively used due to the nature of the picc line in comparison to the simple bakerloo line!

definitely slow of the mark, but have they always been like this? i notice from videos that the 62ts which dates from the same era was alot quicker of the mark! perhaps the a stock could have been like this and they would probably be replaced even later!

amazing, 50 years later and still the same trains, glad to see that they still continue to last,
but why is it that they weren't replaced around 10 years ago (at around 40 yrs old like most other stock is replaced at), i mean wouldn't there be much controversy about the fact that trains dating from 1961 are still in intense regular service!

another thing about the s8 stock is why is it so slow compared to the 2009 stock trains which are so quick (despite that they still have 67ts running with them)
