Units left: 05+49 11+84 34+85 40+41 58+76 59+79 60+61 75+78 Am not sure which units have actually been in service since Sunday 29th May (the last day that 67's were used en masse). I expect a few more to go very soon, as they don't really need 8 of them to run 2 trains in service. Only 3058+3076, 3059+3079 and 3060+3061 (assuming that formations haven't been changed) have been seen since 29th May. These trains are all formed of two double ended units. Is it likely that some or all of the others have been withdrawn (even if they haven't gone to Acton yet)? There was a 67 Middle DM outside Booths on a lowloader on Tuesday evening. I think the number was 3050 but I may be wrong.

Won't have been 3050 as it was scrapped in April.

I had a text from Metman earlier. He noticed 3011 heading up the M1 today. I presume it was on a low-loader or it would have made a heck of a mess of the road surface! ;D

I wasn't even aware that 3011 had been withdrawn from service.

Can't be long till we're shot of the 67s given that train 42 is in the depot. Hopefullly the regen braking will get switched on soon after!

Once train 42 is in service, they should be able to comfortably run the whole service with 09's. Probably by the end of next week. Personaly, I still think the 67's will linger on until July 1st.

You'd hope 2 double enders. It's a wise move but I'm not sure it will happen.

Anyone know any more ? 3003/3103/4003/4103/3084/4084 are all at Eastleigh Works, marked "car for reuse - do not scrap". Note that with the exception of 3003/4003, they are all 1972Mk1 stock converted to Victoria line operation, so it figures that with a slight re adjustment internally (brown grab rails) they could ply their trade on the Bakerloo for a few more years.

Anyone know how many we have left now then? Think it's still 6: 05+49 34+85 40+41 58+76 59+79 60+61 However, 05+49 and 34+85 haven't been seen out for a few weeks now, so I'm guessing that they have been "stopped", even though they haven't left for scrap yet.

Well there will still be some 67's at Northumberland Park. I daresay they may transfer some to Acton today though.

Now with the old signalling cut out, wont they have to go in engineering hours? It hasn't been removed yet though, has it? Or maybe it's being done this weekend...?

Think they are removing the old signalling from Seven Sisters to Kings Cross this weekend. If that is the case, today will be the last chance for them to go in normal traffic hours.

3060 + 3061 are in use this weekend and possibly the last day pair as well (3059 + 3079). One other train remains, which I believe has already been split to allow it to shunt new 09TS units when they are delivered.
3060 + 3061 will transfer to Acton Works at start of traffic on Monday 04/07/2011, with one other train to follow later this month, leaving one whole train for use in Engineering Hours on the Victoria Line.
Regards,
Dan

Senior staff on the last train told us 3059+3079 would be the train retained for shunting purposes.

No idea I'm afraid. So long as there are in Acton Works by the time I get there after 9am I will be happy!

Are there any good vantage points around Acton Works to see them, as I am contemplating going out that way, but don't want to waste a journey if there is nothing to be seen.

No where accessible to the public - it will be parked up in the same position as can be seen here: maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&ll=51.496578,-0.279277&spn=0.002668,0.006866&t=h&z=18 3060 will be leaving by rail but I don't have a definitive date yet. Regards, Dan
