It looks like one of the 1915 Bakerloo stations between Paddington and Queens Park, except that the OP didn't fully chop out the word "LIFTS" in the bottom of the photo Judging from the colour scheme, it's definitely a Yerkes station, so I will make a WAG and say Gloucester Road Picc.
