You can see in the report (for example Figure 7 on page 16) that the lay of the points is not displayed on the overview diagrams. Actually, closer inspection of the diagram panels in Earl's Court will reveal that the normal position of all points are shown. However, the new diagram panels are not as clear in this regard as previous ones were, and it is easy to overlook. Oh yes! I think I see what you mean, honestly I completely overlooked it. Although is it not, nevertheless, the case that the current lay of the points isn't indicated? Or is that information also hidden away somewhere?

You're quite correct - the signaller has no indication as to the current position of points, merely what their normal lay is.
Trackernet sometimes tries to show the position of points but this is done based on predictions rather than fact.
