Down to 1 or 2 workings in the day now, with none at weekends the norm. Generally one will be out all day, and others may appear on the interpeak stablers.
7095+7012 out on T36 today, currently at Acton Town westbound.

Anyone know what is out today (if anything)? T30 7018+ @ Victoria WB T45 +7095 @ Victoria EB Can't check what's on the other end of each as I'm not at work and relying on Trackernet, but the formations shouldn't have changed.

From 27/3 designated D stock workings are T125 and 126 from Ealing Common and T101 and 102 from Upminster however these could be operated by S depending on availability

T126 is actually (according to the current timetable, p.26) stabled at Ealing Common at night day and Upminster during the day night.

The April issue of Modern Railways states that the last day in service will be 21st April.

A correction to previous post T101 T105 T125 & T126 are designated working 27/3/17 but as before they can be substituted by S
Also when I stabled after 1AM there was NO D stock stabled at Ealing Common

Yesterday was a "good" day, with (at least?) three all day workings: T12 7046+7503, T27 7032+7057 & T34 7012+7095; T107 was 7037+7526 am, "S" pm. Re. designated D Stock workings mentioned above (101, 105, 125, 126), for those of us without access to the current working timetable, could anyone post up the actual workings for each of those duties? It would really help! Thanks in hope.

We live and learn! Many thanks for that, I wasn't aware - thought they were sensitive documents... They were for many years. However, the Freedom of Information act meant that TFL had to give copies to anyone who requested them. This was clearly a pain in terms of admin and paper / printing costs, so they decided to make them available on the website.

By the way, with those "designated" workings, does that mean that D Stock will no longer appear on all-day duties from Monday? Certainly less likely, one would think.

Yes, much less likely, but not impossible.
I'd certainly expect at least one more all day working before final withdrawal...

Going on my past experience of nominated workings, they are only a very loose guide. When there were previous nominated D stock workings, sometimes they were all S stock with D's appearing elsewhere. So never say never. However, they are probably trying to minimise the number of hours they are in use for, so that there are enough hours left on them to run the final day working and the tour. I'm hoping that the final planned day of Friday 21st April will see D stock on an all-day runner.

Thanks for this morning's info. I managed to see 2 of today's D's at Earl's Court between 12.30 and 12.45. Took T16 to Richmond.

The 2nd set of nominated workings do not balance. Unless all the D78s are supposed to end up at ECMDT by Friday There was a D78 on ECMDT when I went past on train 034 earlier , this must have been 7007/7018. John

Regarding the D stock peak hours nominated workings.....
These are not by any means guaranteed to be D stock worked at all. The idea is that if a D stock is required to be used, it is to be allocated to one of the nominated workings.
The reason for these minimal workings isn't to do with milage or anything. We've had a number of drivers recently qualified on the District line that have not been D stock trained; so to avoid any issues at the likes of Barking or Earls Court with crew reliefs, its been decided to minimise D stock workings so that train crewing can be easily managed.
