The "3 doors not opening at one end" issue is where the driver has operated the door over-ride.
The "3 doors not opening in the middle" is a separate, apparently random issue, which was meant to have been cured.
Eastcote is a location where certain doors are meant to be "automatically" cut out (normally the first/last set) due to platform length. Maybe coupled with this the stop mark is a lot tighter than elsewhere, forcing common over-rides of the doors.
Or it could just be related to yet another issue which needs to be ironed out.
Generally we get these events reported, and where one location arises on a frequent basis (more than, say, 3 times in a shift) we investigate further with regard to the train and/or the station.

Eastcote WB has one doorway cut out at the rear. There should be no reason for the other doors not to work there, but as MetControl says, there's a bit of work to do. 2. Interested in others quoted, any others are interesting, but especially specific platform numbers at the places with multiple platforms in the same direction, Harrow, Baker St, Aldgate, Uxbridge, Amersham, Watford, Moor Park.

Just out of curiosity, can anyone enlighten me as to why one in three tip up seats has been fixed in place? Its very annoying as my bike no longer fits there properly.

Amazed not to have seen this mentioned in over a year. There was a potential finger trap. Mod due to fix it, but not top of the list at the moment. When done, the seat will revert to tip-up.
