So from these reports, who can spot the next Met scraper Monday week? One unit has been stopped for nearly a week now... I might give a prize to the winner.

So from these reports, who can spot the next Met scraper Monday week? One unit has been stopped for nearly a week now... I might give a prize to the winner. I've not observed 5124 back in service as yet following its failure on 21/09. However, I believe there may have been some reforming in Neasden Depot today as a I noted changed formation 5088+5116 this evening so it maybe that 5124 returned to service today. I'll check tomorrow. If, however, it has been deemed not economic to repair the defect, then yes 5124 may be one of the units forming T717 on the 10th of Oct. In addition to 5124, 5044 and 5134 have not been in service for almost a week now. Oh yes, also a change is 5052+5102 as of 28/09.

Further to my report Thurs re 5044, this unit is also back in service, formed up with 5165.
Other formation changes: 5116+5149, 5010+5221 and 5088+5219. Likely to be a couple more.

Shame, the first A62 bites the dust. What will go with it? Another A62 or a double ender?

Thank you kindly for the confirmation re 5124 undergrounddriver. The task now for the rest of this week is to work out which unit will be accompanying 5124 to Northwood next Monday.

Two changes: 5112+5201 and 5128+5161. One of these changes throws up 5203 and of course assuming no double-ended unit is going on Monday, a 'D' End unit is still required.

Formation changes: 5020+5203 and 5076+5118. I had wondered whether 5203 had been withdrawn earlier this week (see earlier post) but clearly not.

There are now three units not known to be coupled to anything at the moment: 5032, 5042 and 5128. They are all A end, so there should be some more formation changes in the next few days.

Formation changes: 5112+5215, 5068+5161 and 5074+5088. As well as the 3 units identified by astock5000, 5094 and 5219 are also not currently known to be formed up.
Just to confirm, 5106 is formed up with 5082 (typo in report yesterday)

Change: 5114+5120.
Evidence of the number of 'A' and 'D' end units that have departed is that the above is 1 of currently 3 double ended units formed up with one another.
