Four places to identify today, plus you need to spot the link between them all. As always with these, you may need to work more as a team, but go it alone if you think you can! For ease, the locations are labelled; A, B, C and D *Click any image for a larger version*

My guesses (probably wrong): A = Blackfriars B = Earls Court No idea about the other two.

A makes me think of Kensal Green, but I don't know why. B is definately the delightful flowerpots outside the booking-on point at Edgware Road (Met) C i don't recognise. Don't think it's Queens Park, although the roof is similar there's no overhead lines for the fast AC. D not sure, but i have an inkling of West Hampstead
Maybe a NW London theme here.
Maybe they were all served by Bakerloo trains (on the old branches as well) at some point except Edgware Road (met) as the 'loo uses a different station here.
All guesswork bar Edgware Rd of course!

So far, there is a correct answer for A, B and D A = Kensal Green - roundels above station entrance B =Edgware Road (SSR) - sign among plants in ticket hall. D = Bayswater - Exterior viewed from nearly opposite Queensway station So, still looking for the location of C (reminder below) plus the link betweeen the locations. *Click for larger version* I'll put all the pictures up once the correct answers have been found.

C could be Acton Town, those striplights remind me anyway....plus the wall outside. Could be wrong though

The link is they are all joint LUL/NR stations Until I saw that, I was going to guess that C was Ruislip Gardens.

station C is neither Loughton nor any of the Ruislip stations, it is west of the former and east of the latter. The link is not what Happy Bunny suggests.

Not that. If Kensal Green has won it in the past I'd be surprised based on how it looked when I was there - nothing at all floral on the station and an uninspiring bit of grass outside!

Is it to do with nearby stations not listed as interchanges?

This question isn't about geography, interchanges or the station names.

Is it to do with ownership? Three were built by the Metropolitan Railway or something like that.

it is historical, but it isn't about who built them

Kensal Green was built in the 1900s and the rest in the 1800s!

I thought that they were all close to stations on other lines (Kensal Rise, Edgware Rd Bakerloo, Queensway) but Dollis Hill doesn't fit!
Is it because they are not operated by the lines that built them? Edgware Road and Dollis Hill were built by the Met but no longer served by them, similarly Bayswater?

All the locations have something in common, there is no odd man out this time.....
It's a historical link.
