AIUI the lifts to the new entrance will stop at Northern line and DLR levels. There will thus be an indirect lift connection between the existing Northern line lifts and the Northern line platforms by using the existing small lift to the DLR platforms and then taking the new lift(s?) up to the Northern line. I've not heard any suggestions that the existing lift to the DLR will be modified in any way, although the new layout of the Northern line platforms means it is now theoretically possible.

If anyone was wondering, the DLR lift entrance on King William Street is located here

Disappointed that the closure route diagrams are still on display in the trains.
A capacity crowd at the Oval last night meant a lot of people were confused when travelling.

I haven't seen any that still have closure diagrams in place. As ever, one or two will always get missed due to outstabling or conflicting maintenance. If you know the car numbers I can get it passed on to someone in fleet.

I've seen Northern line cars with the new line diagrams without the closure and with the Elizabeth line interchanges, but still with the Bank closure stickers on draughtscreens. Two different tasks perhaps. Anyway that was several days ago so it may still be an ongoing process. Meanwhile I'm puzzled that there is no sign whatever of new line diagrams in Met line S8 trains and they are still the ones from about 2012, so no Elizabeth line, not even on add on stickers. Also the step free access stations are not fully up to date.

If you know the car numbers I can get it passed on to someone in fleet. I've travelled on four trains in the last 7 days all on the Bank branch. All four had the out of date diagrams. If the correct adhesive has been used it is a very simple task to remove them.

Hadn't realised this as I've not been through for some weeks, but apparently the new triple escalator bank between the DLR and Northern Line is now open
