Ianvisits says "The new entrance is pretty much opposite Cannon Street station," and yet the final photo of the original set shows a sign to the right of the street entrance directing the public to Monument station for the District and Circle Lines! I used to work in the building opposite that new entrance & it is definitely not opposite Cannon Street Station and is much closer to Monument station. The diagram up thread doesn't start at the east exit at Cannon Street station and the Monument ticket is roughly where A10 is shown so a bit closer. |

One day Bank will just take up 4 different stations You can just about make it half a mile inside 'stationland' if you begin at the Southwark tube barriers and exit Waterloo from the tube entrance on the western side of York Road. I wonder if there are walks inside Bonkument that rival that. You can get to 0.4 miles at some of the Elizabeth Line stations entrance to entrance. |

Starting at the easternmost end of the District & Circle and walking all the way to the westernmost end of the Central line platforms is probably getting on for that, especially if you go via the DLR platforms on the signposted route (it took me a good year of commuting through bank before I found the escalators down to the northern line that bring you out by the stairs to the DLR).

One day Bank will just take up 4 different stations I don't think we'll have to wait too long for a 4 station complex; if we get HS2 and Crossrail 2 it is very likely we will get Euston Square, Euston, King's Cross, and St. Pancras all connected. I believe HS2 works will finally connect the Eustons, and Crossrail 2 plans to have a station between Euston and St. Pancras (similar to Farringdon/Barbican and Moorgate/Liverpool Street). I think it'll definitely be longer than Bonkument, Waterwark, and any of the Lizzie line ones. Whether it will happen, due to delays in the Euston works and the fact Crossrail 2 is still in the planning phase, is not completely set in stone. St. King's Eustquare Pancross? EuSt. King'square Crosspan? SPEKSES (St. Pancras, Euston, King's Cross, Euston Square) Suggestions welcome. Edit: If anyone want's to see how this would look on a tube map, the best representation, in my opinion, is in NotQuiteTangible's ( alicarr) 2040 Tube Map. |

To be clear, Crossrail 2 plans included a double ended station called Euston St Pancras with links to both mainline stations. It didn't stretch as far as King's Cross or that LU complex.

Livermoor Street would be OK, ?after the erstwhile Walthamstow drapers.
It might help the American tourist confused about the Beatles experience, too.
