I've updated the spreadsheet (although I won't change 5205 to 'withdrawn' until it goes to Northwood). Unless you wrote down the numbers of the middle DMs, that formation isn't possible. 5116 was running with 5151 two days ago, so was it really 5130 + 5117, or was that a typo and it's still formed as 5116 + 5151? 5116 is coupled to 5151 as it has been for some now. 5130 is formed up with 5060. New is 5056+5100.

I believe there might be a couple of typos in the above two entries. 5191 is actually coupled to 5050 (not 5000 which remains coupled to 5232) and 5092 is coupled to 5203 and not 5201 (5201 is coupled to 5126).

There have been a number of changes in the last three days. Noted so far are 5012+5189, 5116+5225, 5046+5183, 5134+5112, 5138+5096, 5022+5106, 5070+5141, 5064+5092. There will be two or three more which I'll advise in the next couple of days.
