It appears on Thurs 30th, some additional afternoon workings will run: Operating as T272 Depart Arrive NPD 14.07 BRI 14.45 BRI 14.48 SES 15.16 SES 15.19 NPD 15.28 to form T247 Good news - the more runs, the better! Do we know what the units will be yet? Hoping for 3160+3061 and 3140+3041, 3058+3079 were pulled after one trip today, so that could be them finished off.

Sorry, the 'and' was meant to be 'or'. A cock up on my part.

I remember your posters on the last day in service of CO/CP stock. Nice touch, I thought. And a great day BTW. Loved your CO/CP pics on Flickr. I thought those trains were aqbsolutely fabulous - especially the noise! Nothing to touch them since I'm afraid. I was on that farewell tour. Lovely stuff; thanks. (I'll see what other gems you have on Flickr!)

The last ever '67 will be the 19.01 from Brixton tomorrow according to @tomsedwards on Twitter (a BBC journalist).

Hi there, folks. I'll be heading off from Ealing Broadway towards any Victoria Line station at about 3:30 tomorrow. At what station are you all congregating around that time? Can't wait to join in with the fun and give those '67s a good sendoff.

I will be out for this, going to ride it to Brixton, get in front of it if I can and try and get some shots of it at either Pimlico, Oxford Circ or Highbury with the relatively fast station entries.
Anyone from here driving the last one?

Anyone from here driving the last one? Unfortunatly I'm on leave, otherwise believe me I would have moved the earth to be driving the last one today! At least I got the handle on the railtour. As I understand it, the last trips are being operated by the two senoir drivers from Seven Sisters and Brixton depots.

Just on my way into Liverpool Street after the last train, using BR's facilities for obvious reasons! Well done to LUL for their efforts

Arrived at KX just in time to see it leave n/b for gthe penaultimate time (although the schedule said it should already have been at SS by then). After waiting for it to come back, rode it as far as Victoria.
Why does the headboard say "March 1969 to July 2011". Do they know something we don't? Will it still be running after midnight tonight?

Was on the last train - ironic that it got delayed by a faulty '09!

Hoping someone does - twas too busy on the soutbound from Oxo !Crush loaded and feared not being able to get on - staff aware of it all - nice announcement from platform staff "this train is heading for oblivion or a new life" .....despatch lady at KX on the northbound mentioned her dad had installed some of the signalling in the 1960's - so a connection there all right. Nice headboard - most of the passengers didnt notice - or care - but I was glad I was there to see the end of an era (camshaft , compressors and all)

Quite glad it got delayed, I was held outside Oxford Circus for around 10 minutes due to congestion, got to the platform just 'on time' (1915) but no '67 train appeared, I let around ten trains go and thought "must have missed it, just one more Seven Sisters train" and lo and behold, round the corner the weaker headlights came around 20 minutes late. Plenty of enthusiasts about and gave it a good send off including three cheers at Seven Sisters before it disappeared into the tunnel for the last time (bar the inevitable stock transfer).

It's probably more vibrant than the last day of the V train service on the New York Subway last year.

I was on the last workings and thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though I spent most my time squashed like a sardine and sweating like a pig, it was really good and great atmosphere. Here it is departing Seven Sisters for the last time

Haha I wish I'd seen this thread this morning, I was trawling round the tube today and found myself at Finsbury Park Southbound Victoria, I'd got on an 09TS earlier and then round the corner.. WOOOSH! A nice and gloomy 67TS. I think, "what the hell, I thought these had all been destroyed?" Had the headboard and all. Most of the train was rammed apart from one carriage with cameras, that was a closed and sealed sardine tin.
