To be preceise, it's not a server failure. It's a failure of the network between the server and the outside world. It seems to be very localised, affecting just the single building on the Swansea University campus where the server is housed.
Unfortunately it's a part of the network controlled by the university, not by the computer society or it would have been fixed within a couple of hours at most.

A case of bad timing there SE13 - the server was down for about 20 minutes this morning, just when you needed it seems.
Anyway, the answer is indeed Holborn, specifically the northbound Piccadilly Line platform
