No guesses at all yesterday, so that one is still running. Today, a single part question with a bonus point available for spotting the extra. *Click for a larger version*

It's definitely Queen's Park - I've spent too many hours in those sheds!

Plenty of correct answers including those of mackenzieblu who was first in on PM and pgb who was a close second. Nobody has the background as yet. Queen's Park North Sheds [Chris M] Background: *Click either picture for a larger version*

River Avon? Evesham? -ish? It is the Avon, but it's not that Avon! The Bristol Avon? Perhaps near Bradford?

Does not leave a lot of "rural" water.
Saltford. Near the Jolly Sailor

Does not leave a lot of "rural" water. Saltford. Near the Jolly Sailor I can't give a point as I don't know the area at all, and your answer doesn't match mine...... Mine does simply say "between" so if you could give the locations it is between I can award you a point...... Alternatively we could wait for ChrisM who does know the area, and took the picture.....

You're quite close, but still too far upstream

That really only leaves the section between Feeder Road and Bitton, so I think this may be near Keynsham perhaps close to the Avon Valley Railway.

Got there in the end, the photo was taken between Bristol and Keynsham.

Was it taken from a Bristol - Bath train at one of the two points where the railway is adjacent to the river? There are few road bridges and the path is on the opposite bank.

It was taken from a boat on the river. Specifically one of the trips that run from by the SS Great Britain, through the harbour and out nearly to Keynsham and back.
