Due to the poor DLR last night, I found myself at Limehouse, heading for Fenchurch Street.
Of course, not all trains stop at Limehouse, but as I climbed the stairs, I noticed that the train describer on that platform is largely fixed. It took me a while to spot that it did show the time of the next train.
The position of the board is difficult to see from most of the platform - other signs obscure it - I wonder if it is that way because it doesn't convey much information.
What are train describers and their positioning like at other "always penultimate" stations?
