The track is on the wrong side of this 2 track bay for Willesden Junction and these buffer stops were a replacement for a set demolished by a 313 some years ago at Watford Junction. Viewed from platform 3/4 looking across to the former platform 5.
The very Welsh location is somewhere in the dust and cobwebs of my memory and I'm still spring cleaning at the moment.

The background isn't Criccieth Caslte is it? Despite living near it, never actually been to it! Mind youm there is blue sky above it, so probably not....

Lovely and sunny down here still; you got a cloud of gloom over Port, then?

Lovely and sunny down here still; you got a cloud of gloom over Port, then? Yup and a big black cloud over Minffordd, which is where the management meeting is taking place. How ironic. Criccieth Castle has moved again!

The trackless section behind the train does remind me of Watford Junction, although initially I thought it may have been Richmond.
