B does look like Neasden I agree.
A looks odd, is that an access point where track equipment is dropped/lowered onto the track?

Between you all, you have the locations, just the odd one out to find now...... Station A: West Ruislip - west end of platform 1 Station B: Neasden exterior Station C: Debden - approach from Chigwell Lane Station D: Golders Green - stairs to subway from platforms 2 and 3 *Click any picture for a larger version*

Is Neasden the odd one out because one can reach Bank directly from all the others? Or is that too easy?

Neasden is the only one which has "switched" lines - Bakerloo to Jubilee. Neasden is the only one which is an anagram of "Sane End".

I know that it is wrong but it occurred to me that West Ruislip is directly on the former GWR/GCR, Chigwell was on the former GER/LNER, Golders Green was served by 1938 Stock part-owned by the LNER, but Neasden, whilst having an ex-GCR/LNER line adjacent to it, including Neasden Junction, has no direct association with pre-nationalisation railway companies.

While everything said is true to the best of my knowledge, it isn't the answer I'm looking for

Neasden because the closest depots/stabling points for each of the others (Ruislip, Loughton, GGN) are at the 'town' end, while Neasden is at the 'country' end.

Neasden is the only one that has non stopping trains (Met) passing through?

Again not what I'm looking for. The answer I had in mind when setting this question has nothing to do with trains.

All of them have mosques, but Neasden has the biggest Hindu temple. BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, NeasdenNeasden has a fictional football club, with the one-legged goalie Wally Foot and owned by Brigadier Buffy Cohen.

After too much thinking all I can suggest is that all the others have always been tube stations when under LT ownership whereas Neasden was built by the Met. and later became a tube station as well (1939).

The answer is relevent to the stations themselves, and not the surrounding areas, nor what they connect with. Each has something within, aside from Neasdon......

No, you will need to think more about what is unique to each location but missing from Neasdon. LUL employees might have a better idea, although the knowledge is widely available.......
