If you're talking about Joshim's BVE Metropolitan that is 'under construction' I think it would be safe to say that it has been abandoned, as the last update seems to have been in 2004. However, of the two blokes who were making the Central Line (West Ruislip-White City) they have split-up (sortof) with one continuing on the Central, and the other is now working on the Metropolitan between Uxbridge and Rayners Lane, and presumably onwards from there.
