I agree C is Farringdon.
A isnt Lambeth North, it has only lifts.

I'm thinking (a) might be Kentish Town (b) not sure but could be BBB (c) is Barbican and (d) might be Piccadilly Circus

(a) Kilburn Park (?).
(b) Looks like it could be the less than beautiful entrance to Bromley by Bow.
(c) Definitely Farringdon Thameslink platforms.
(d) Somewhere on the Northern Line - see the enlarged photo and you'll see a black Northern line sign, also it's presumably at the top of the stairs (i.e. ground rather than underground level) given the warning sign about the big drop (in the old??? lift shaft).

Between you, the locations have been identified, but as yet, not the link between them. Station A: Kilburn Park - original exit from station. Station B: Becontree - exterior roundel Station C: Farringdon - mainline platforms Station D: Belsize Park - bottom of emergency stairs *Click any image for a larger version*
