Well, I'm sure we're looking at the back end of an eastbound train and it's a station with a wrong road starter on the eastbound platform because of the OPO monitors.
That rules out East Ham, where the points are east of the station, but Plaistow is certainly possible. There are a couple more possibilities, but embarrassingly I can't say for sure!

I think you are wrong adw - that looks like East Ham with a train in the Westbound.........and no reversal of the image.

Yeah its the correct way round. Looks like East Ham with the railings on the right where the old bay road was.
