Sorry for the delay in posting today's quiz, especially as you have five things to identify with this one - the four locations, the link between them, and the significance of the dots in Picture C. Station A: (click for a larger version) Station B: (click for a larger version) Station C: (click for a larger version) Station D: (click for a larger version)

Are the dots original please and not Photoshopped? I can imagine that they are large braille words for passengers with sight problems.

So my first guess will be: A could be Leytonstone B is Notting Hill Gate, C could be Elverson Road but I ain't sure. D could be Hampstead, but I ain't sure again and the dots are Brail for DLR?

A: Leytonstone B: Notting Hill Gate ? C: Elverson Road D: Regent's Park ?? The closest link I've got so far is that they're all in London... and I have an uncanny hunch that's not the answer you're looking for!

Ha! Great minds think alike ;-)
Roads were blocked at Leytonstone (level crossing closed) and Elverson Road (line built at-grade splitting the road) but I can't take that theme any further.

Sorry for the delay in posting today's quiz, especially as you have five things to identify with this one - the four locations, the link between them, and the significance of the dots in Picture C. Is that not six things?

Top work! All locations have been correctly identified, as has the dots bit. Just the link between the four now to find..... Station A: Leytonstone - looking towards station from High Street end of subway Station B: Notting Hill Gate - passage from EB Central to SSR Station C: Elverson Road - view from bridge Station D: Hampstead - view through lift *Click any image for a larger version* MRFS42 was correct in that the dots represented braille and read DD QUIZ. So, just the link to find......

They are all in two fare zones [pedant] Ahh, but where on the station, is the zone dividing line and is there a 'no mans land' between them? [/pedant]

They are all in two fare zones [pedant] Ahh, but where on the station, is the zone dividing line and is there a 'no mans land' between them? [/pedant] It don't work like that - instead, they are disputed territory with both zones claiming them as their own! Thankfully it's a peaceful dispute... thus far at least! It must be said that the whole of the DLR route south of the Thames (i.e. between Cutty Sark and Lewisham) being in both zones 2 and 3 is very generous and must surely come in handy for many people.
