The water scene I think you will find is the northern part of Portsmouth Harbour..no it's not...there's trees! I reckon it's Devenport.

Oracle you should of stuck with your first guess that is deffantly Portsmouth Harbour with the decommissioned HMS Fearless and HMS Intreped awaiting dispoal! As for the bridge I think it's up near Watford on the Met main line!
