Whilst using Ealing Broadway yesterday, I noticed for the first time that the station once had a separate station building and ticket hall. I did some research and found that it was closed in 1966 when the GWR station was flattened and replaced with the current eyesore.

Would LU be saving any money in the long term (and possibly getting step-free access too) if it took back the old station building and made it into a ticket hall again?
