For anyone interested, here are the results of the Norwegian Jury, observed over the last week. To keep it simple, it does not include the presentation or sizes of signs.
TEMPORARY BLACK ON ORANGE Watford High Street to Headstone Lane, Willesden Junction, Kilburn High Road, South Hampstead. South Acton, Acton Central, Kensal Rise - Hackney Wick all stations except Highbury. Gospel Oak - Woodgrange Park all stations excelt Blackhorse Road.
Interesting that it is the second lot of temporary signs at Willesden Junction - the first lot were black on white.
STICK-ON WHITE ON ORANGE Highbury & Islington, Blackhorse Road, West Brompton. (What seems to be ) PERMANENT - BLUE ON WHITE WITH ORANGE LINE AT TOP Clapham Junction (pfm 2), Barking (pfm 1), Watford Junction (LO platforms), Stratford (LO platforms).
If these are permanent signs, I find Stratford a little strange, as the platforms will be closing soon for DLR conversion and new LO platforms provided. SILVERLINK SIGNS Shepherd's Bush (not yet open).

Interesting. I think it corresponds to: Watford High Street to Headstone Lane, Willesden Junction, Kilburn High Road, South Hampstead. South Acton, Acton Central, Kensal Rise - Hackney Wick all stations except Highbury. Gospel Oak - Woodgrange Park all stations excelt Blackhorse Road. All stations managed solely by London Overground, and due for full refurbishment. Stations managed by London Underground, but likely to have their LO platforms refurbished like the LO-managed stations. Stations not managed by London Overground, and presumably not due to be refurbished (with the exception of Stratford). What's the verdict on the shared tube ones? (Gunnersbury-Richmond, Queen's Park-H&W except Willesden)

I guess that it is a LM station

Platforms 1-4 have had new temp signs and there are a few new LO signs around the station. So I guess that there should be no old Silverlink signs linking the dc etc as somersetchris rightly states that Watford is a LM station. I'll keep my eyes open the ext time I'm up there. Dazz285

the one at south hampstead that I saw (after the new signage had been put up) was behind some wood boarding but maybe its been removed now. I was in stratford a few weeks ago and that had a silverlink notice board with a map noting north woolwich

South Hampstead and Kilburn High Road on Weds had quite a lot of new LO signage. New "stand behind yellow line - passing trains create turbulence" signs on walls (as if HSTs were operating!), new car-stopping marks, end of platform "do not pass this point, staff must obey safety regulations" (these are almost LU style); all in New Johnston in quality enamel and are quite clearly permanent. Despite the on-line LO sign manual no stations have yet gained any LU-style platform roundels (i.e. with blue bar and orange ring), I wonder if this is ever going to happen?

All the new black on orange signs state that they are temp signs

... . New "stand behind yellow line - passing trains create turbulence" signs on walls (as if HSTs were operating!), ... The 0200 FSo departure from Euston is sometimes run by LO to Watford (with buses for destinations beyond), non-stopping most stations... so it does build up a bit of speed (but obviously not HST sort of speeds ). Does that mean North of QPK that station starters have full speed overlaps?

Also, Bakerloo trains can get up some pace running empty from Harrow & Wealdstone to Queens Park!

I'm tempted to ask how much all this cost.

I find interesting the need to give platform numbers on signs. This information is totally irrelevant to the punters, who want to know only which way to go to get to their destination. On a suburban system, the inclusion of platform numbers is unnecessary clutter.
But I accept that platform numbers can be useful at main line terminals and other major stations where trains for one destination can leave from a number of platforms.

To be fair platforms can be useful to the emergency services. Apart from that matter, what's changed from Issue 1 esp as the rather permanent enemal name signs at Barking, Clapham Junction and Stratford don't seem to be covered in this manual?

I think there might be a compromise? These are NR stations... and it seems to be an amalgam of the standards...

Had another trip round the LO network yesterday. Very little has changed sign-wise since my original post at the top of page 1.
Shepherd's Bush, of course, is now open, and the only station with LO signage to have (proper) permanent white enamel sheet roundels.
Saw 508.302 alive and well in service between Euston and Watford. Didn't see 303 though.
