A reminder that yesterday is still open for business. Today, four locations to find, and there is a link between them all that needs identifying. The locations are lettered A, B, C and D for ease. *Click any picture for a larger version*

Is D sort of Whitechapel -ish?
I think C is Baker Street, but this is a andom stab in the dark.

You have A and B, but not C nor D..... Station A: Waterloo - Waterloo & City Line depature platform. Station B: Golders Green - south end of platforms 4 and 5 Station C: Station D: Obviously the link still remains unsolved too....

Are they all places having lifts installed? The first two definitely are and I'm guessing the hoarding in D is also for that.

D is neither Bank/Monument or Moorgate, it's further west than that.
The link is nothing to do with lifts.

Still too far east for D.
Although you can get direct to all these stations from Embankment, this isn't the link.

C is Camden town - entrance to platform 1 (NB Edgware branch)
D isn't Maida Vale, but its much closer than any of the other guesses so far.

The station isn't Holland Park or St John's Wood (last I checked you couldn't get direct to Embankment from them).
The connection isn't anything about trains at all.

And if D is Warwick Avenue, the link is that they are all the names of songs.

Well done Superteacher - D is Warwick Avenue and they are mentioned in songs.
Waterloo (Kinks - Waterloo Sunstet) Golders Green (New Vaudeville Band - Finchley Central) Camden Town (Suggs - Camden Town) Warwick Avenue (Duffy - Warwick Avenue)

Could also have had ABBA for Waterloo, anf there was an unreleased George Harrison track called "Going Down to Golders Green."
Wonder how many other stations have been mentioned in songs?

There are at least three lists of stations mentioned in songs out there. None that I found are comprehensive and all were at least a couple of years out of date.
One is on Annie-Moles' pages (not her blog), one is on the site of the chap who hold (or held?) the record for visiting all stations in a single day. I can't remember where I found the other one.

Kicking myself for not getting that one . In Camden Town, I'll meet you by the Underground... Very apt indeed.
