Is it me or do the A Stock Door Closing Sounds not work properly. Some stops i hear them and some stops the doors just close with no warning. Some stops they're high pitched and some they're low. Why

Basically the A stock is clapped out, If the driver doesn't press the door buttons hard enough half the doors will not open or close.

If they're like C stock then a quick dab at the close button can get the doors to close without chimes.

Some door chimes do not work, I can think of 1 unit that has been booked up for ages and Neasden knows about it. Others are so quiet you really have to listen very carefully to hear them, doesn't help when your knackered and want to finish. Outside noise like station PA's, noisey passengers, etc, etc, drowns out the chimes.
