I'm gonna say Acton Town
Like others I have definitely seen that plate many times, I can't recall where but as I spent a lot of my time at Acton Town that has to be my first guess.

So, St James's Park WB - by Palmer Street stairs?

i would say st james park aswell looks like the w/b platform where our relay room is near to where the train stops by its stopping mark
hanger lane junction is d49 if memory serves me right from the track courses

I now agree on account that had a look through the Ravenscourt Park to Turnham Green areas earlier during my travels, and they're in the 70's/80's - pity I forgot to look at St James's as I passed through though ;D ;D
