For the station I haven't a clue, but I'll hazard a guess at the west coast of Scotland for the inset.

I'm gonna go Hendon Central, the space beyond the pillar looks like where a loop used to go......was Hendon the one with the loops? Can't rembember for sure but Brent Cross has no overbridge and I don't think Burnt Oak had one.......
I could be completely wrong about loops, but I have heard about something like this on the Edgy branch.

No idea on the station, but the boat could be on Loch Ness going towards Urquhart Castle

Yep, quite a few correct, including pgb who was quickly in on PM, closely followed by stanmorek, correctly identifying Burnt Oak - under road bridge. No one has the inset correct as yet, so I'll leave that running, but with a different version for you to look at. Answer: Inset:

I'll take a guess that it's the boat that travels across the Cromarty Firth to and from Nigg?

Wasnt it Brent Cross, or Brent as it was then, that had the loop on the Southbound?

I'll take a guess that it's the boat that travels across the Cromarty Firth to and from Nigg? Correct. This photograph was taken from Nigg.
