No they never had, Eailing Broadway was one of numerous destinations that were added to new blinds in the mid 1990s. Amongst them was Gatwick Airport, London Bridge, Greenford London Waterloo etc.
Why they were put on i have no idea, but they have never been used.

How would a 313 get to Ealing Broadway?

That was a brainer! There is 25Kv overhead from Willesden Junction High Level along the NLL thence Acton Wells Junction into Acton Yard and from there onto the Acton Goods reversible line and Up and Down Reliefs to Airport Junction.
Incidentally the Goods line was used very recently by a XC apparently to get access to the NLL and then WLL for Olympia because of a points problem.

How would a 313 get to Ealing Broadway? Good question! The only electrified lines there are for the Heathrow Express / Connect, and I can't see them using 313's!

Why they were put on i have no idea, Pure conjecture..BAA wanted to run Heathrow Express tro St Pancras which would have had to be via the Dudding Hill line I think and Cricklewood. It might have thus been proposed to have a similar service to Ealing Broadway from Stratford or Euston.

Very nearly but never actually done, the OLE was erected on the North London and provision was made for wiring at Acton Wells for the Poplar lines (to Acton East Jcn) but never installed. The Heathrow Express scheme saw the Main and Relief lines only wired and the Goods were not included. The desire by BAA to run services to St Pancras via Acton Wells and Dudding Hill was all go at one stage but went down the plug hole at a rapid rate of knots. Some thoughts of a DMU service from Barking to Greenford surfaced at one stage but also went down the plug hole.

The only way I could see a 313 getting to Ealing Broadway would be to travel down to Gunnersbury, on to Chiswick Park and then up to Ealing Broadway. All in all, a rather complicated and vaguely pointless journey!

All in all, a rather complicated and vaguely pointless journey! 313's were never fitted with negative shoe gear and would grind to a halt shortly after leaving Gunnersbury en route to Turnham Green. Also need to run to Barons Court to reverse, might be a slight problem with pathing. Definitely pointless!

Am I totally loopy but was there ever a crossover between Turnham Green and Stamford Brook? There was a fifth track at one stage I seem to recall, on the EB as a former goods loop for the Midland Coal trains that came up from Turnham Green under the flyover. Perhaps it's wishful thinking that there was once a connection between the fasts before Hammersmith!

There was a goods loop, but never a crossover. It was kind of an elongated crossover though, as the connection was from the e/b Picc to the e/b District, with no direct link from the e/b District IIRC.

I think everyone's missed a much simpler explanation - the destination blind rollers were designed to be mass-produced and therefore cater for other trains on other routes aswell? Cheaper to make than more dedicated ones?
Just a thought.

There was certainly a proposal floating around at one stage for a 'North London Line' extension service from Willesden Jn HL via Acton Wells down on to the GWML at Acton ML, thence Ealing Broadway (and beyond to Greenford and elsewhere).
I do feel that there have often been occasions when the first (and only) practical action for such proposals has been to update the destination display specification!
