A I think is Osterley, C I think is White City?

B is Dagenham Heathway; the photographer has angled the shot downwards to try and disguise the slope upwards.
D looks like somewhere DLR-ish if the two cranes in the background are any sort of indicator.

I'd agree with C as White City.
A might be Sudbury Hill.

I'll guess at Park Royal for A.

I recognise A as west end of eastbound platform at Osterley.
The blue door is the telephone kiosk, note the AC double gong and DC 'cow' bells high on the wall outside which were once connected to the old Ericsson telephone panel within.
I also recognise B as Dagenham Heathway although I've not been there for 15 years or so.
C has me flummoxed as it looks so much like Earls Court although it can't be unless it has been very well doctored.
D looks to be on the DLR, I haven't a clue where but I will guess at Poplar because of the tall floodlight.

Between you all, the four locations have been identified, but not the common link between them. Station A: Osterley viewed from the western end of the westbound platform Station B: Dagenham Heathway - passage from platform to ticket office Station C: White City - eastbound train arriving Station D: Blackwall - light on the westbound platform. *Click any image for a larger version* So, just the link to find.......

Something springs to mind: are they all one station past stations that are or have been termini???

The other thing that springs to mind is that Wood Lane station moved to become White City, as did Osterley station. Something along those lines? I don't think the other two have moved, but it's worth a guess

All are adjacent to a station with "East" in its name (Hounslow East, East Acton, Dagenham East and East India).

The White City unmodified picture is the last post on the previous page. I hadn't spotted that the Osterley umodified picture hadn't been posted (as its not a huge modification, just the name on the roundel was blanked, it wasn't obvious just from the small version), anywhere here it is: (click for a larger version)
