Piccadilly Circus--today is the 80th anniversary of the station being re-opened with escalators supplanting the lifts.

I'd say Piccadilly Circus too, though I wouldn't have guessed the reason (definitely Bakerloo - but not Regent's Park, where the subway from the SB pfm goes under the NB pfm).

Actually, the first time I went there was a couple of years ago. I've passed through many times, but only alighted there the once.

As of today it's opening later and closing earlier on certain days of the week until November... so was it chosen because yesterday was the last day of normal opening hours?
