Is it just me or do loads of the Class 313s on LO seem to have "flats", causing that irritating "bang!", "bang!, "bang!"sound when they travel?
Don't they ever get sent for reprofiling? I realise this happens a fair bit during "leaf fall" season, but the LO 313s seem to have this problem all year round!
I had hoped that the changeover from Silverlink to LO would see this problem rectified, but alas it does not seem to have happened.

The FCC 313s sound like that as well.

The FCC 313s sound like that as well. I don't have cause to travel on the FCC ones very often, but they always struck me as being in better condition than their counterparts on Silverlink/LO. They didn't seem to suffer the wheel-flat problem as often - or maybe I was just lucky when I travelled on the FSS 313s. Either way - very annoying and I wish they'd sort it out. Can't say I'll mourn the loss of the 313s, tbh, even though I'm not thrilled with the planned all-longitudinally seated replacements. I think the 313s have not worn very well at all compared with other stock of comparable (and older) age.
