This all started off in the last D Stock thread:
I'm going to move this to a new thread in a minute before the Admins whack me with a paddle or (ouch) a section switch pole ;D ;D ;D
Luckily nowadays (at least for the routine night work) they only really leave from Ruislip depot now. The trouble comes when there are "loads" all need to go to one place! The order of last trains MUST be adherred to! So quite often the very last train can be delayed..
I would love to get EWSA and times for battery locos and stuff, I never get a responce from LUL anymore though. Used to, for WTT's and stuff, but not anymore
Have you ever seen or tried to read an EWSA? They are quite complicated and at times can be quite ambigous or miss stuff out! You often have to read through it a few times (if you have trains that is! ;D )
They do have a copy of one by the Train Sims in the LT Museum.
It would be cool if LUL let a group of people start a website with all gen for the tube on lol. ;D
Would come in handy though
Would you like a copy of our P45s with that!
LUL are rather DB happy at the moment, so I wouldn't risk it.
I see nothing wrong with answering questions but posting internal LUL material such as EWSAs and Traffic Circulars on the internet is not wise. Mainly as they contain staff names and important telephone numbers. And I dont want people phoning me and asking stupid questions like when someone found out the 0800 number for the Northern line controller ;D ;D
I don't know what my colleagues on here would think!
You can, it's just I never get a reply when I email them and on the website, when you click submit it comes up 404 page cant be found
Have they blocked your IP address then??? ;D

In my limited experience at late-night travel manyyyyyy years ago, engineering trains used to cause delays as they were often reversed at various locations so as to get from Lillie Bridge say to where the overnight work was in readiness. I used to avidly read the traffic notices or whatever they were called, as they were lent to me to study, to see where ballast motor-hauled and battery loco-hauled trains were to run to and from, and the routes to be taken, with their position in relation to last or near-to-last trains.Luckily nowadays (at least for the routine night work) they only really leave from Ruislip depot now. The trouble comes when there are "loads" all need to go to one place! The order of last trains MUST be adherred to! So quite often the very last train can be delayed..
