I'm rather annoyed... ish.
I have an non-London resident 11-15 photocard valid until September. Now, just for the pure reason for it being non-resident, you would expect for it to be able to be added stuff to it on Oyster online, but for some reason you can't.
Is there any way of getting an online account for it? (- yes, I've got an online 'photocard' account I used for getting it in the first place) I don't particularly want to phone the Oyster Distress line..

Reading the TfL website - it doesn't look like they do online accounts for 11-15 Oystercards.
The 16+ card has an online application for both Londoners and non residents.

I've got an 'account' of sorts on this page - photocard.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/showLogon.do - however, all that shows is my "application type" and photocard/Oyster number! The availability for it seems to be there but TfL don't seem to understand common sense! Fun!

TfL....common sense..... Nope don't see the link myself.
This is the same TfL that is closing booking offices as they're no longer needed and then expect you to spend a small fortune on calling a helpine for over 40 mins.
Oh and the same TfL that is planning to reduce staff numbers by as much as 20%-30% against a backdrop if increased passenger mileage. But not to worry, highly skilled subcontractors will look after you all. (oh BTW how is the superbug infection rates going, with highly skilled subcontractors looking after the cleaning!)
