With the 2 aspect repeater and the definite rural location, I would say outer east end of the Central but unsure of a more precise location at present.

Aha!! District line, heading westbound between Hornchurch and Elm Park - the train has just left Hornchurch. Bang on the money, Colin. The picture was taken by TMBA and my answer sheet says simply between Hornchurch and Elm Park.
