Looks very like South Ruislip. Used to drive past it quite a bit in lessons.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say that it's a cunning splice with the bottom half being South Ruislip and the top half the Warwick Road entrance to Earl's Court - even though I can't see the seams in the pic!
