Westbound trains are leaving West Ken at a snail's pace today - can anyone enlighten me as to what's up?

there is a problem with the crossing just after the station going west i beleive some work was done on it last night

i just seen them go out last night with a bunch of p-way in tow if its not done by the morning it will cause some blocking back in the area

Well I'm on annual leave at the moment ( ;D ;D), but if it's 5 mph over the crossing, I would have thought it's most likely related to one of the blades being out of gauge or damaged in some way....
