from the Journey planner:
Leaving aside the interesting spelling, I'm at a loss how a customer incident at St John's Wood can lead to severe delays on the opposite half of the line without affecting services in the vicinity?

Could it not be related to 'blocking back'? The incident caused bunching, then the service recovered in the immediate area. The bunching of trains moved down the line, as I see it (purely from the evolution of the WTT over the years from Met. to Bakerloo to Jubilee and the revision notes) the eastern half of the Jubilee seems harder to regulate than the western half - even with the ability to run bang road in the Stratford area.

Signalling computer problems at Green Park, so a fair few trains have been running to Charing X. So the St John's Wood section due to blocking back has had plenty of trains. The problem was a PEA that the T/op found hard to locate despite knowing it was in the fifth car. Train tech reset it later down the line.
So its the extension, that has seen delays....some quite big gaps actually.
Trains have been reversing at NOG, Canary, London Bridge [one even went E-W which rarely happens] and Waterloo.
