Just a reminder that the 26th's quiz is still waiting for someone to spot the link. Today sees a single parter, although there might just be a little something added to the picture, for which bonus points are available should anyone identify it. *Click for larger version*

Somewhere on the DLR I suspect and the background is possibly somewhere on the Thames but that's the sum total of my input on this one!

Well its a above ground station due to the reflection on the top. Seems like you can see houses and some blue boards with the roundels on them. Hmmmmm.
Least we can say its a Tube station!

Having done some rotation and reflection of the picture it looks to me as though there's some sort of recreation field to one side, plus some street lamps and what look like red siding lights with sand drags (sorry - don't know the technical term). But I could well be imagining it - too much coffee this morning.
Some of those boats look decidedly unseaworthy (un-river-worthy?) to me. Not sure it's the Thames - I guess somewhere in northern Europe (Benelux perhaps).

Hmm, a rather flimsy looking staircase!

It's the footbridge at Langdon Park DLR. I'd think the east end. No idea about the background.
It's actually a very substantial staircase. The metal bits are the frames for the glass walls, and the handrails are the yellow bits at the bottom.

Is the insert Moscow or somewhere else in Russia/Eastern Bloc? I would have said Croydon but the river is now covered up there

Is the insert Moscow or somewhere else in Russia/Eastern Bloc? I think that is as close as we are going to get! My answer sheet states: a wharf on the Moscow river near Kapotnya, Moscow. Shot taken on 21.09.2006 [Dmitri]
