I think I saw a 2 car C stock unit on the west end shunting roads at EACDT this morning, I am sure it was one of the 7/7 refurbished ones. It looked very new and shiny. Anyone got any photos or anything? Are any of the other units back ?

These C stocks aren't new, there was 2 cars on 2rd in Ealing Common Depot last night. They are manky inside, and it looks like they have just been repainted on the outside, as there is still masking tape on some of the windows.

I saw a C stock car on the Acton Works traverser on Wednesday night - unfortunately I didn't get enough time to investigate further.

4 of the 6-cars that had been at ECom Depot were transferred back to Hammersmith at around 20:00 yesterday evening.
Formed W5713-xxxx+xxxx-5548E (xxxx=unnumbered cars)

Formed W5713-xxxx+xxxx-5548E (xxxx=unnumbered cars) That would be right enough, as in this previous topic, districtdave.proboards39.com/index.cgi?board=hc&action=display&thread=5735&page=2I mentioned that 6713 was one of the carriages to be rebuilt. 5548/6548 were, amongst a few others, also damaged on 7/7 |
