According to TFL, the line is suspended from Brixton to Highbury. However, from looking at the departure boards section on the TFL website, it is showing trains running throughout the line. Are they running empty to test something, and if so, what? Or is the departure boards section not working properly?

I have just looked at the Vic line trackernet, and there are 5 trains on the engineering section, so engineering trains presumably.

If they're not moving, they are more likely to be tracks down. If moving, they could well be test trains.

I think that the departure boards section wasn't working properly.
