It'll be nice to have IoW trains. It's a shame they don't have a 38ts in bus red with the white logo as this would fill a gap in the market!

And more 59TS. A silver one on the Piccadilly and the heritage liveried Northern line one would be good.

Metromodels do different destinations infact. I would like to see trains without numbers on, that way you could add your own numbers on them! A 'Mars bar' 59 would be great!
What about the metro-cammell 56?

Its release is clearly delayed, probably due to production problems in China. I collect buses, and a fair few models have been delayed for the same reason.

What about the metro-cammell 56? How different is that from a 59TS?

It has 5 marker lights! It was one of three prototypes built before the 56/62 design was reached.

Like a 38TS? Didn't some 56TS have a different roof end design to the 59/62TS

Yes. They did, the Gloucester and Birmingham built sets. They weren't as neat as the Metro-cammell unit and hence didn't make the final cut!

it would be cool if they had a northern line 1959 unit and a choice of if you want it to look vandalised cos that was what they were like towards the end! I too would love a mars bar livereid 1959 stock btw I spoke to the guy at acton and he said eventually different tube stocks will be made

Different tube stocks? That would be great! I wonder what would be done? Nobody makes a 73ts model!

Different tube stocks? That would be great! I wonder what would be done? Nobody makes a 73ts model! 73TS has only been used on the Piccadilly line, there were alot of changes when they were refurbished (e.g. seating layout and end windows), and they couldn't sell 4 car sets. 67/72TS has been used on several lines, in several different colours, and less work was done when they were refurbished, so 72TS is more likely to be done. I don't like the metromodels 72TS, the end doesn't look right.

I totally agree, the windows on the cab slope up not down! I've done some designs/drawings to build my own-even done a mock-up. It's not an easy model to build!
