Just wanted to give a huge thanks to the station staff at Leicester Sq, after helping me and my girlfriend deal with a suicidal friend of ours on Sunday night.
Great job they did - very supportive and caring, as were the BTP.
Situation was stressful for us naturally, but they helped our friend perfectly calmly
