In the future maps I've seen, both the 2012 and 2025 versions have had Leytonstone with the accessibility wheelchair icon. Does anyone know what form the adaptation is likely to take, and when it might happen? Metronet were supposed to have had it done by 2007, but so much for that.
I can imagine some kind of bridge being built between the platforms, but how people in wheelchairs will make it up there in the first place is beyond me, save some kind of lift being built in the ticket hall, maybe where the little dry cleaner's is now, and a passage at the top to the eastbound platform, but that seems a little difficult to say the least.

Sorry, this should probably have gone on the stations board.
