I know that A62 deliveries began in June 1962 and lasted 'til December 1963; and that F stock was withdrawn early in 1963. But how long did COPs tarry--given the withdrawal of F stock and how the A60s at first were concentrated on the Watford and Amersham services.

When the A60 stock was starting to arrive on the Met the Met's O/P stock had begun to be converted into CO/CP stock. Some CP stock was shifted onto the District so driver training could begin in April 1962. The conversions were finished in 1965! I think October 1963 was when the 'last' P stock train operated on the Met, but 12 trains had to be stored at Acton because their conversion rate was slower than the A62 stock commisioning times.
CO/CP Circle Line staff trains however operated in early mornings and late evenings after this date I believe.

I believe it was Uxbridge, but some may have started at Harrow-Tubeprune will know!
I know the 5 car (V stock) saloon stock withdrawn in 1951 used to operate to Uxbridge.
