I noticed earlier that Borough station was closed due to a "customer incident". I know this phrase is used to describe many things, but I was wondering what the most bizarre or unusual happening to be described as such was.

It was a guy who ran into one of the tunnels, if that wasnt bad enough, he was armed!

A typical day in Sarf London then  Customer Incident is usually when a crime has been committed or for something that a customer may have done to delay services. |
