New publication for the near future now the book has been finished.
It has 164 photos of past & present of the Central Line - including the Epping to Ongar line.
I will give you more details near publication date.

Will swap you two of my books for one of yours? Sounds a good buy.
On looking through my issues of UNDERGROUND that I bought I found the photo of the ACV railcars at Epping, used for a time on the Ongar shuttle before the Chesham shuttle. I stuck the shot in when I edited that issue.

Perhaps you purchased my first publication of 'Mind The Doors' ?
You will like the steam days on the Ongar Line photos. Some rare photos. Book covers every station on the Central Line showing the past & present photo of it - including booking halls - platforms and rolling stock, etc.

Had a meeting with the Publisher yesterday - he was pleased with photos and script. He said he will try and publish the book this year, because it will be his first on 'Past & Present' on the underground. If book sells well, I may do one on the District Line, providing I can get some past photos?  |

The book is being advertised already on book shops through the internet. The cheapest I've found is Tesco.com at £12.59. instead of £17.99. Comes out 10th December.
